Croaked

Croaked is a Grimm’s fairytale-inspired 2D interactive animation where the user will assume the role of “The Toad of Judgement” and will decide the fates of the main characters within the story. The user will receive one out of multiple endings based on the path followed through time-gated decision-making.

The story will follow Phineas, the Toad of Judgment, and his journey to either become mortal or remain in eternal limbo. The structure of the animation will rely on the audience's input to make moral decisions that will affect the course of Phineas’ personal journey. This will result in multiple endings and a branching narrative. Answers are based on timing and will lead off on tangents, sending the audience deeper and deeper into Phineas’ world.
